WOD January 19, 2012 - Still Sick

100 Kettle Bell Swings
50 Knees to Elbows
Can be done in any order but must finish exercise you are on before moving to next one.

Still sick, didn't do as well as I was hoping I would.  Should be 100% tomorrow.
