About

I was first introduced to CrossFit watching the CrossFit games on ESPN.  I thought it was amazing what those people were doing.  I wanted to do it, but never jumped into it.

I started CrossFit in 2011, late 2011, December 2011.  I basically started CrossFit in 2012.  I was looking for a new way to workout, get fit and stay fit.  I've worked out on my own but I don't get the results I'm looking for.  To be honest, I get bored working out on my own.  Distractions abound, it is easier to just stop at a certain point and head home.

My friends introduced me to CrossFit, more peer pressured me into a box, and I was hooked immediately.  I can't thank my friends enough for getting me in there and the support system that I have.  CrossFit has become an obsession of mine, a very healthy one as well.

I've done things I've never thought I could do.  Lifted weights I would have never tried before.  Doing exercises I would only think about or see on TV.

The point of this site is a way for me to keep track of my workouts.  Results aren't often seen in the mirror but sometimes in the gains that you make on paper.  If you start a workout program, of any kind, keep track of it.  You'll stay more motivated and be able to see more of what you are doing.

CrossFit isn't for everyone, but it is for me.  Give it a shot and see what you think.

Please note, this site has no affiliation with CrossFit officially whatsoever, but any support they may provide I will gladly take.  CrossFit does not endorse this page.  Also, the sites I have trained with do not support this page either, they are just places I work out and hope to give them some free marketing.
