WOD December 19, 2011

Strength/Skill: Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
THEN
20 kb swings (55/35)
20 pushups
20 squats
5 rounds for time

Total Time: 00:13:03
Current weights:
Push press 120 pounds
KB Swings 25 pounds
Notes:
Didn't push myself at all.  Did all 100 push-ups on the knees, won't ever do that again.  Left lower back felt sore after third set, stretch and warm up more before I start the WOD.    Squats were hella good, felt good, good speed and good focus.  Bottom line: push yourself, don't slow down!
